After 30 years producing great work, Swedish agency KesselsKramer just closed down. Here were their their coruscate rules of business.

1. There is no formula
1. Make it meaningful
2. Don’t be safe
3. Advertising is unhealthy
4. Meetings are fine, gatherings are better
5. Community = communication
6. No way in the middle
7. Always carry a mirror
8. Ambition needs humility and vice versa
9. Salute flaws
10. Change requires dissent
11. Start small, then it’s all downhill
